Test your physical and mental fitness in TFW’s annual Memorial Day tribute event. 

As an individual or a team, you will complete:

1 mile run
+ 100 pull-ups/chin-ups
+ 200 push-ups
+ 300 air squats
+ 1 mile run

Modifications or shortened set optional.

This event is free and open to the public. Bring your friends and family to participate and honor our military heroes who have given it all for our freedom.
