Training For Warriors Longmont Selected to Host 2026 TFW Global Summit

LONGMONT, CO — Training For Warriors Longmont has been selected to host the 2026 TFW Global Summit, taking place August 27–30, 2026, in Colorado. The annual event brings together coaches, gym owners, athletes, and members from around the world for several days of fitness, leadership, education, and community.

Founded by internationally recognized performance coach Martin Rooney, Training For Warriors (TFW) is a global fitness and coaching system with affiliated gyms across multiple countries. Rooney is known for his work with elite athletes, military organizations, and professional teams, as well as for his leadership philosophy centered on strength, resilience, and personal growth. His influence has helped shape TFW into a worldwide movement focused not just on physical training, but on building strong individuals and communities. Previous summit locations have included Iceland, Finland, and Denmark, making Colorado the next destination in a series of internationally hosted events.

Summit activities will take place in Longmont as well as at YMCA of the Rockies, showcasing both the local community and Colorado’s mountain setting to attendees traveling from around the world. “We are incredibly honored to host this year’s summit here in Longmont,” said owner Kristy Claeys of Training For Warriors Longmont. “Being a Warrior means being a Warrior of Life—someone prepared physically, mentally, and emotionally for daily challenges. At TFW, we build the strength, resilience, and mindset needed to handle whatever life throws our way. We’re excited to showcase our gym, our community, and the strength of the TFW family.”

In addition to coach and affiliate programming, Training For Warriors Longmont will host a special student and community event on Thursday, August 27 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Pre-registration is required, and the $50 registration fee includes dinner, drinks, a t-shirt, and a themed activity. Community members interested in attending are encouraged to contact Training For Warriors Longmont using the information below to inquire about remaining availability.

For those who have never visited TFW Longmont, the team invites the community to come tour the gym, meet the coaches, and learn more about the training programs and culture that have made the gym a recognized part of the international TFW network.
