NUTRITION TRAINING & ACCOUNTABILITY

TFW Longmont offers 1:1 personalized nutrition accountability and group education.

1:1 sessions are scheduled privately with a Nutrition Coach while our group education series, called 101 Nutrition and Body Composition, runs several times a year.

Nutrition accountability and education is for anyone (yes, ANYONE) looking to jump-start their health and fitness! Privately or in the group setting, students learn to:

  • Eat better, without dieting or feeling deprived.

  • Get active, no matter what shape you’re in now.

  • Ditch the food rules, dropping the fad diets and conflicting advice.

  • Build fitness into your life, without it taking over.

  • Achieve and maintain your goals, even when life gets busy.

Our certified coaches help you set goals and hold you accountable during our time-locked programs. We give you the KNOWLEDGE and TOOLS to safely increase your activity, metabolism, flexibility, and strength.
